HUNTING: In 3 days of hunting, you can take a Deer, Wild Boar/Hog, Ducks and Turkey....all in the same season!! We have a total of 1450 acres of rugged West Texas ranch rangeland and hunting land. Located 1.5 hours N.W. of Abilene, Texas, our terrain includes rolling hills, cactus and mesquite flats, creek bottoms, canyons and cultivated fields. Main property has a 3 bedroom 2 bath double wide pre-manufactured home with full kitchen, washer/dryer, Sat TV. Our property has Whitetail, Rio Grande Turkey, Wild Boar/Hogs, Quail, Dove, a few Ducks and an occasional Aoudad Sheep. In Texas it is legal to hunt Deer, Turkey, wild boar/hogs and Aoudad over timed feeders. Game birds cannot be hunted with bait....
BEACH HOUSE OFFER: For those that would like to trade a hunt for a different type of get-a-way that includes your wife/kids, I also have a beach house next to Seaside Florida (near Destin). Awesome 3 bedroom, 2 full bath beach cottage that is 2 blocks from the beautiful white sand blue water beaches of the world famous emerald coast. Your wife and kids will LOVE this place. About Myself
I am a 47 year old male business owner. We are a Christian family. I have been hunting most of my life. Looking to expand hunting opportunities and experiences for my son and I. My son is 16 years old, has completed his hunters safety course and has been hunting with me since he was 8. We are safe, clean cut and respectful of our hosts and host property.
Amenities at My Exchange Location
Main property has a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, double wide pre-manufactured home with central AC/Heat, full kitchen, washer/dryer and satellite TV. Hunt deer, hogs and fall turkey from 3 single and 5 double hunting blinds that overlook timed feeders throwing corn all or most of the year. Game bird hunting is done with bird dogs (Quail). Migratory birds are hunted by sitting around cut wheat fields and watering holes (Dove).
Other Area Attractions
Ranch is located 8 miles from Snyder, Texas...1.5 hours from Lubbock, Texas (Home of Texas Tech) and 1.5 hours from Abilene. Abilene or Lubbock both have airports.
